We may share limited information only in these specific circumstances: Public Profile Information: • Your chosen username, display name, and profile picture are visible to other LoopX users • Your follower counts and growth statistics appear on leaderboards (if you opt-in) • Your trust score is visible to help maintain community quality Service Providers: • Cloud hosting providers (for secure data storage) • Authentication services (for secure login) • Analytics tools (with anonymized data only) Legal Requirements: • When required by law, court order, or government request • To protect LoopX, our users, or the public from fraud or illegal activity • In connection with a business transfer (with the same privacy protections) All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services: Active Account Data: • Profile information: Retained while your account is active • Usage data: Kept for up to 2 years for service improvement • Support communications: Retained for 3 years for quality assurance Deleted Account Data: • Most data is immediately deleted when you close your account • Some data may be retained for up to 90 days for security and legal reasons • Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for service improvement Automatic Deletion: • Accounts inactive for 12+ months are automatically deleted • Temporary data (like session tokens) expires automatically • Backup data is automatically purged after 1 year Legal Hold Exceptions: • Data may be retained longer if required by law or legal proceedings • Data related to fraud or security investigations may be preserved • Any extended retention will be limited to the specific data required When data is deleted, it's removed from all our systems including backups. We use secure deletion methods that make data unrecoverable.
